The use of the RDA-Workshop Touristic Service GmbH website offering (hereafter “Supplier”) is subject to the following data protection provisions:

1. The Supplier respects both the User’s private sphere and online presence and during all online activities their protection is of utmost priority. This means that the Supplier undertakes to treat information provided by the User with the greatest care and with the greatest sense of responsibility. This, in particular, also concerns the co-operation with partners and third parties. The Supplier does not assume responsibility for third parties insofar as this has not been separately declared.

2. The Supplier collects, saves and processes personal data solely according to the current provisions of law and insofar as this is necessary and required for the fulfilment of contractual relationships between the Supplier and the User respectively for the provision of the solicited offers.

All data provided by the User to the Supplier’s web presence are considered as personal data. The following data, in particular, are included: company / firm, salutation, first name, surname, position, street, house number, postcode, town / city / place, User’s E-Mail address and telephone number. The data gleaned will be saved and processed by the Supplier.

3. Above and beyond this the Supplier uses so-called “Cookies” (small data packages which configure information such as IP address or browser version) in order to improve the product offering for the User. The saving of cookies may be deactivated in your browser settings. (Further information about this is available under the menu point “Extras – Internet Options” in the toolbar of the respective browser).
